WillowLens is a Creative Studio by Everletter. By creating an account or using willowlens.com, you agree to these Terms.
The service
WillowLens lets families create digital keepsakes (such as recipe cards, invitations, memory cards, and newsletters), export files, and optionally share view-only links. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You confirm you have the rights to use that content. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape private content, or use WillowLens to harass or harm others.
Plans and billing
Free and paid plans (WillowLens Plus) are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period already purchased. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Everletter relationship
WillowLens and Everletter Family are companion products. MVP preservation uses download-and-upload; automatic transfer is not promised until separately offered. Everletter services are governed by Everletter’s own terms when you use that product.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillowLens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
